Standard Service - 24–48 Hours
Express Service - Same Day or Next Day (when available). Additional $10.00
*Large orders, specialty items, holidays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods may require additional processing time.
PICKUP & DELIVERY
Standard Pickup & Delivery (within 10 miles from our address) - Included with qualifying orders
Extended Service Areas - $1.50 per mile beyond standard service radius
Las Vegas Strip / Downtown Special Access Areas- Additional $10.00
Missed Pickup Appointment - $10.00. Applies when laundry is not available during the scheduled pickup window (15 minutes).

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is due before laundry release or upon delivery unless prior arrangements have been approved.
A non-refundable deposit may be required for:
• First-time customers • Large-volume orders • Express service requests • Specialty garment orders
STORAGE & UNCLAIMED ORDERS
Completed orders should be retrieved or scheduled for delivery within seven (7) calendar days of notification.
Orders remaining beyond seven (7) days may incur a storage and handling fee of $10.00 per day.
Orders remaining unclaimed for thirty (30) days without communication, payment, or scheduling arrangements may be considered abandoned property and handled according to company policy.
