Unclaimed Clothing & Abandonment
What if my order is left unpaid or uncollected? Orders left unclaimed or unpaid past 30 days are legally considered abandoned. To maintain operational compliance, abandoned laundry will be discarded or donated to local charitable organizations in the Las Vegas valley.
Business Liability & Garment Care
What is your damage or liability policy? Clients must check all pockets before pickup. On Call Laundry is not liable for items left in pockets, interior garment thinning, or pre-existing wear that worsens during standard, nurse-grade sanitization wash cycles.
Pick Up, Delivery & Storage Rules
What happens if I miss my pickup window? A $10.00 missed-window fee applies if our driver arrives and the order is unavailable within 15 minutes of your slot.
How long do you store clean clothes? We store completed orders free for 7 days. Starting on day 8, a $10.00 per day storage fee will accumulate on your invoice.
What is your policy regarding damaged items or pre-existing wear? While we treat every garment with maximum nurse-grade care, clients must check all pockets before pickup. On Call Laundry is not liable for items left in pockets, interior garment thinning, or pre-existing manufacturer wear that worsens during normal, standard wash cycles.

Are you a licensed and insured business? Yes. On Call Laundry LV LLC is a fully licensed, registered, and insured commercial and residential textile care provider operating in the Las Vegas valley.
Is there a minimum order requirement? Yes, we maintain a $30.00 minimum order standard for our mobile wash, fold, and delivery services.
