PICKUP, DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND UNCLAIMED LAUNDRY POLICY
Appointments
All pickup and delivery services are provided by appointment. Appointment windows help ensure efficient service and timely order processing.
Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate contact information • Having laundry ready for pickup • Checking all garment pockets before service • Providing special care instructions when needed
Pickup & Delivery
Laundry orders will be returned according to the agreed delivery method and schedule.
If unattended delivery is requested, responsibility transfers to the client once the order has been delivered to the designated location.
Storage Policy
Completed orders should be retrieved or scheduled for delivery within seven (7) calendar days of notification. Orders remaining beyond seven (7) days may incur a storage and handling fee of $10.00 per day. Outstanding balances and storage fees must be paid before laundry is released.
Unclaimed Laundry
Orders remaining unclaimed for thirty (30) calendar days after notification, without communication or payment arrangements, may be considered abandoned property. At that time, On Call Laundry LV LLC reserves the right to donate, dispose of, or otherwise relinquish the items without further liability, reimbursement, or compensation. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact clients before any final disposition of unclaimed items.
